Was pleasantly surprised by the rude customer service also they ruin cakes and don’t let u speak what u wanted, also cake taste like $5 honestly but they charge $90 for that also the bad behaviour can’t be handle too, instead of looking on their own fault n fixing it they got plenty of time to argue. I bought 2 cakes from breadtop cost me $75 and better taste also good staff.Would recommend elsewhere to fulfil your cravings somewhere with fresh cakes. Non serious seller.

They made the worst cake ever ! They spoilt the moment of birthday the guy wasn’t ready to listen ,he told me to be happy that he trying to make cake look better after ruining it coz they made the wrong cake ,,,,, wow how smart they are???? Very bad customer service I order the cake to Cranbourne branch and to fix it they told me to go to Dandenong and after wasting my 1 hour they didn’t to anything. So guys please don’t go there .

Got the mango cake from nanak bakery, though we were a bit skeptical about the reviews they had on google. But, they broke all barriers and the cake tasted amazing. Didn’t taste too sugary or creamy and had the right amount of sweetness and frosting. The staff who attended us was really welcoming as well!Would definitely recommend!

Such a bad customer service experience i had ..they dnt know how to talk last night i tried to place order and person on other side was soo rude and didn’t even explain me and ignore my message and didn’t even bother to replied me yet and such a over priced cakes they have but after looking other reviews i dnt want to order from u guys anymoreAtleast respect the name of ur shopSoo disrespectful behaviourLearn how to treat customers

Very bad experience.Ordered few patties and cream roll.Everything was stale especially patties were hard as rock.Totally waste of money.No apologies on complaint.Very unfriendly

Unacceptable customer service for an Australian business.quality is cheap as sh*t.My wife ordered a cake for her birthday and they completely ruined it, when staff called the boss ,instead of offering any alternative or at least talking nice to us , she were trying to teach us ethics , which she lacks in her self.Poor , underpaid staff, and Uneducated owner need some schooling on manners and etiquettes at least. The cant be professional cake makers though.0 quality0 etiquettes

NOT VALUED FOR YOUR MONEYWouldn’t recommend at all, Don’t even know how to talk with customers, they just worry about money they will take it and doesn’t matter you like your cake or they make it rubbish, also on question they will fight you, will not try to fix it but will say you are wrong and so on.Worst experience ever I had with the lady who is owner.
