Poorly managed staff swearing and leaving rubbish.Toxic waste dumped in garden.Damage to retaining walls.Uncompliant fence for council.Poor quality pool cleaning equipment supplied.This job took more than 10 months, with people turning up onsite whenever they felt like it.The water feature was so ugly, the company replaced it, and it still looks nothing like the brochure.Money hungry business.

Absolutely amazing service. Highly recommend this business. We had the best experience. From beginning to end the communication was very professional and we had the friendliest trades and able to get everything done on time. Started swimming with family last week and we can not be more happy. Great company.

Peter and the team have been absolutely brilliant, nothing was ever a chore, they responded to every query and we had plenty of them, the install was promised before Xmas and as of the 16th Dec it is in and completely finished, they did everything from install to paving and fencing. I could not recommend them highly enough and Chappy their landscaper is a legend. Thank you guys, we have really appreciated this experience and wish you all the best. Do yourselves a favour folks and speak to Peter Webb - absolute gentleman.

We could honestly not speak more highly of the team at Narellan Pools. Their friendliness, communication, professionalism, and just genuine willingness to help was second to none and made the whole process from design to approvals to installation so easy and seamless.They were so patient and worked with our builder and us to ensure that everything was done to fit in with the timeline of our build and nothing was ever too much.The knowledge that everyone has from the office to the guys on site completing the installation is incredible. Our builder also advised us that he was so happy with the installation as he has had some not-so-great experiences with other pool companies but said that Narellan was fantastic, and he would not hesitate to send future business their way.We cannot wait until our build is finished and the pool area can be completed. Bring on Summer!We would 100% recommend Narellan Pools to anyone considering getting a pool. The whole team work together to make the experience fun and exciting. I had a great sales experience with Matthew. He was extremely friendly throughout the sales process clearly explaing all aspects of purchasing the pool.We found that Narellan pools was more than willing to work within our timeframes and didn't try to do a hard sell with over inflated prices to then simply give big discounts like other retailers.I'd certainly recommend Narellan pools for anyone that want a simple, honest and reliable pool purchasing experience.

Watch out if you’re in a tight place with your car they will park behind with no regard . Respect is all it takes

From the initial meeting with the sales team to final installation phases, the Narellan Pools (SA) team have been amazing. Professional, easy to deal with, responsive and were happy to answer all my questions along the way. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

I waited 5 months before writing this review just to be sure it’s fair. Peter, Marty, Jen, Matt, Michael, Zac, Chappy and Chris were just awesome to deal with every step of the way. They promised me a worry free pool and they delivered on that promise. Same day response and action to all my queries and requests. I highly recommend if you want experts to deal with you from initial inquiry to digging to installing through to paving around with a concrete beam. The mineral pool they installed surprises the pool shops where I take the water for testing because it requires very mimimal chemicals for top up and is always crystal clear. Can I say my pool is the perfect pool? Well almost. There has been only one issue and Narellan North Adelaide handled quite well. We recently had a small electronic glitch with the automatic hydroxinator. When Peter (owner) and Matt (manager)found the supplier of said equipment was being unusually slow fixing it, they came to replace the whole unit with a brand new one themselves and they said they are going to deal with the supplier warranty/paperwork /returns policy themselves saving me the effort and stress. The equipment supplier's staff told me thereafter that Narellan cannot just replace the whole unit because it is not in accordance with their company warranty process….. Well it appears that advise is too late because Narellan pools just DID! Now that is a company with proper customer focused attitude right there. I highly recommend them.
