Kids classes are always fantastic! Multiple coaches on the floor helping students. Positive and supportive environment for kids to learn respect, discipline brotherhood. Mixed ages and gendered classes include everyone and encourage to give it a go. Kids always happy after their classes.

Absolutely recommend if you want to get into fighting sports or want to have a change… I absolutely love everyone there they are all so nice and the coaches are amazing and supportive.
