Very average experience dining in here - won’t be doing it again. Rubbish all through the carpark, weeds everywhere even in the gutters, seats stuck together with gaffa tape, filthy windows, corn that was burned black. Not sure there’s anything positive to say about this place. We actually drove past and thought it had closed down because it’s in such a state of disrepair

Ordered 2 pce fried chicken+chips. The pieces had obviously been thrown into overheated , days-old, cooking oil. Hard as rocks and tasteless. Won’t be going there again

Had an argument with staff re free combo voucher was told I had to buy a meal first to redeem voucher, staff look at voucher and then agreed that I didn't have to buy a meal then charged me for a drinkStore was not clean

This place sucked they have horrible customer service their order box thing barley works and then when we got our food the chips were under cooked and every thing else was cold and/or barley cooked we also got no forks. All in all this place was one of the worst fast food places I've ever been to.

Firstly the service from the girl on drive-thru is rude and appalling, then the so called crispy potatoes were rock hard raw..Discusting.I'll never go back!Much better on South st near O'Connor..

They need to learn not to talk over people whilst trying to place order at speaker box ,listen to customers orders before trying to sell promotions .Get to window to find out it was the owner taking my order .Very rude and disrespectful .

Absolutely no manners by the service staff. Can not comment on the entire staff.. had a bad experience with one of the Asian Girl. I hear other staff saying her name but would prefer not to disclose here because of privacy concerns.Sincere request to the manager, please ask the staff to treat the customers with respect. The female staff was arrogant!!Food is good..! Would prefer visiting other Red Rooster outlets

Want your chicken served to you in a dodgy alley? This is the real deal authentic experience. When you order at the box, you can specify if you want your meal lobbed through your open window as you zoom past. The staff have excellent aim and understand if you aren't keen on stopping. I have never seen actual proof of the being that haunts the alley, but my mum has.
