Strathfield Medical Imaging is a really good Centre to attend.The customer service assistants are kind and very much helpful and take the time to explain to you about your appointment and how your test that will be conducted.It was my very first time there and I was left satisfied after my visit.Thank You for your kindness / caring natures and your quality of work towards each and every client.

The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. They explained every single procedures with clear details in plain English.Even the doctor counted one, two and three before the insertion of the injection. The reception lady was very friendly greeting me with a beautiful smile.The gentleman who performed my Ultra Sound, Tim would have to be the best person who I have ever had in having this procedure.He took the time to explain what he was doing and giving me and insight into what I could see on the screen. It was a the best appointment I have ever had.Thank you

Very friendly staff, the sonographer was also very pleasant. She was patient when dealing with my four month old baby. The waiting room was also very neat and tidy.

Dropped in wo an appointment. They didn’t have any available appointments. But I asked them to call me if there was any cancellation. Got it in the afternoon of the same day . The technician was very good at her work / she looked after my wife very well through the appointment.

Everyone at the clinic was incredibly helpful. If anyone might need to get any scans done I would highly recommend going to this clinic. Not to mention the amount of professionalism every staff member exuded. The entire team at this clinic works in synergy, you can feel it in the air the moment you walk in. You are able to feel a team spirit which is quite reassuring for any patient. Earnestness to providing and ensuring the patient is being well taken care of too is at the top of their list. Thanks to everyone who I had the pleasure of being assisted by at the centre.

Came here today 27/1/23 because my specialist said they have clear imaging.Have been to this place a few times in the past and EVERY TIME is a 5 star, from the staff at the front desk to the radiologist.It's very clean too.My GP always send me to.the I Med Radiologist Network at North Strathfield, don't go there, they have the worst and unfriendliness customer services, especially at the front desk.I will get me scan from here nowI always feeling happy when I leave.Thank you for taking care of me today.Highly recommend to get a scan here.
