AMAZING service. Sent in a damaged hard drive. Was talked through every step of the process and great care was taken with the drive. Even though the odds were not in my favour, my data was fully recovered and I got a call immediately to let me know so I wouldn't stress about it any longer!

After my PC crashed an internal hard drive changed from a Basic to a Dynamic Disk and around 5TB of data was no longer accessible! Using Windows Disk Manager to convert from Dynamic back to a Basic Disk could have effectively formatted the hard drive so I needed an expert to solve the problem... Recommended to me by a guy in my employer's IT section (they'd been using them for more than a decade). Not phased by recovering files from a 14 year old NexTo CFG. Excellent service!My hard disk was corrupted as a result of partial bitlocking. I didn’t have a decryption key nor a password for unlocking it. David was persistent and found a way to retrieve / restore the data.Ps: I’ve reached out to my company’s IT department and other data recovery companies, the advice given was to reformat the disk. I decided to choose one of the smaller reviewed data recovery specialist as i was searching for one to recover my data from one of my HDD which experienced a delay read situation making my HDD literally non-openableI was right choosing this specialist company, professional service was top notch and the guys are welcoming and friendly approach, had a very good experience dealing with David from the company.At the end all the data was recovered for a reasonable good price which is pretty standard ( price is shown on their website) comparing other specialist recovery companies even though i tried household methods of D.I.Y to no avail.If your data in your HDD or any storage drives are very sensitive and need recovering, be sure to call these guys up or give a visit.A+
