We all know when we decide to build a dream house that it becomes a little daunting looking through display homes multiple times, looking up companies and their reviews online and of coarse people would tell you who to stay clear from but that is certainly not the case with Macquarie grove homes you are shown a home that fits your brief and budget and you are given the option to build up rather then being shown all the bells and whistles to only have to come down like other building companies and become disappointed, from the first phone call after after buying our land, they organised someone to sit down with us, a phone call or email was never ignored or left unanswered, if you ring the office and the person you are wanting to speak to isn’t available the person on the call knew your house and could help answering any questions you had, they listen to all your wants and needs and they do everything to address it them for you, they source out items you are wanting for your home and they finish things on time. The whole experience was great but let’s talk about hand over, what a beautiful experience this was, it made me emotional to think a company goes above and beyond to make you feel extremely welcomed in your home and your not just a number, you are gifted a beautiful chopping board and of coarse your keys. Even now after handover the aftercare is brilliant, people checking in to make sure all is in working order. People aren’t perfect but Macquarie grove homes are pretty close. Want to say many thanks to Carina, Aaron and the team!

Amazing custom builders! AAA+++Maquarie Grove Homes exceeded my expectations by a mile. From the moment i started the custom build process till handover they were professional, reliable and honest. They went above and beyond to fulfill my wants, source fixtures for me that were not their standard and built my house ontime (even during covid)Building a house can be so daunting, especially a first time build and building alone, but MGH answered every email, every silly question/query that i had (and there were alot!)If you are after a custom build i highly, highly recommend Maquarie Grove Homes!!Thank you MGH team for bringing my vision to life and building our forever home, we are absolutely in love it!

Tell me how you would feel if you arrived home from work one day to find 24 meters of your new homes side fence had been ripped down and someone had placed a construction fence inside your property.This was all done unlawfully, without notification, consultation or advise.My adopted mother is in a wheelchair that has MND Motor Neurone Disease and uses my swim spa for hydrotherapy you have stopped access, I can not express how upsetting this is, I am devastated.Many companies will build you a new home but i don’t know of many that will cause feuds with your new neighbours before you move in.You would not want to be in my situation. They are liars, bullies and will deceive you.Please reconsider dealing with this company.

My husband and I used Macquarie Grove homes for our first home, we were worried about previous google reviews here but after speaking to the team we decided to go ahead with it all and we are so glad we did! We created a custom built home, I was able to take my time to plan and design the home exactly as I wanted, having the draftsman work on it multiple times back and forth to get it perfect. We had upgraded kitchen tiles, bath tiles, doors/door handles and much more! We were able to add multiple upgrades without costing a ridiculous amount and even during the pandemic, the house was completed in a surprisingly short time frame! Any issues were immediately rectified by either Maddie or Carina, and it was an overall great experience for building our first home.The only two things that could have been improved was the house clean once keys were handed over, and there was an additional window built into one of the lounge rooms (which I believe was due to lack of light coming into the house).

Customer service was extremely poor. Poor and rather rude communication.

Warning to those looking to build with these guys. If you value customer service, kindness and professionalism, best look for another builder. From contract signing all the way to maintenance this has been a nightmare, my partner and I both work in the construction industry and even we found working with this builder a challenge so god help any poor soul that doesn't know the process or what to look for. The owner of the company was our main point of contact, she never answered her phone and would take a week to reply to your email regardless of the content or urgency. When she finally replied you will be met with frustration and a short, blunt half response, as if its an inconvenience to be contacted by a customer. We had to hunt down who there suppliers were to choose colours as they didnt provide us with any of that info, we were constantly picking things up onsite that were missed or wrong and when you would bring it to their attention they were rude and awful to deal with, I was literally told by one of their admin girls I don't have time for this
