Incredibly bad customer service after only one of the therapists arrived on time for a couples" massage. I asked the second therapist not to come because it would be interrupting the other massage. It took 9 days to hear back from them because they had to have an internal meeting about this. Then instead of an apology they slapped on a hotel fee

It has happened 2 times now they charged for a service that was never provided and cancelled. They rip people off and you should not be scammed by this company. Avoid them and try others. Don't be fooled by their reviews

I’ve been a user of Blys for over 5 years now, and the quality and convenience just can’t be beat! I mostly get 90 min deep tissue massages with them, and all the therapists have been wonderful. It’s a real luxury to get this quality of service at home at a very reasonable price!
