Little Real Estate Mount Waverley

Since Mages Alagappan, our previous Property Manager, has left Little Real Estate a few months ago, the management of our rental properties have gone into disarray. My property has been excellently managed for many years without any problem. My tenant, for many years, has been happy as well. My property managers keep on changing so often recently, including the one in Gold Coast. This makes me think that there must be a huge internal problem with this agency.I tried to read other reviews to check if I’m the only one experiencing this issue but it seems that many were initially very happy and just a few months ago that Little Real Estate is going downhill. Could it be that Michael Mikhail is no longer with them as well?

Initially when we obtained this rental Little RE was friendly and helpful. I would have given them 5 stars if this service continued. Unfortunately it has not.Rent has been increased by 20/w while little to no improvements have been made to the property. The agreement that the blinds would be fixed (they have been broken since before we moved in to this property) has not been followed through on for over a year. It was explicitly requested they fix the blinds if they were going to increase the rent, repair/replacement has not occurred and we have now been paying the increased rent for 5 months.The dishwasher has now broken with our dishes locked in it for 6 weeks, and we have not had a single response from Laura for over 4 weeks. Her office phone automatically hangs up on you. She is not responding to our emails.I have been looking at moving in with my boyfriend but I have had to give up on it. I have been notified by another real estate agent for a property I was applying for that Laura has not responded to her calls for a rental ledger or providing reference of my rental history here. Literally wasting my time applying for houses and potentially costing us potential houses due to lack of doing her job.This service" is abominable."

I have been renting my property for nearly 4 years through Little RE, and can say with absolute confidence that Nancy Matteo is an outstanding property manager.Excellent communicator, friendly, reliable, trustworthy, great with people, and always efficient with any matter. Editing my review as Little Real Estate does not communicate and some repairs have taken two years to even get assessed. I'm not sure whether this is on our agent Laura, or the agency itself; Laura is always away and unresponsive, and no one else has come forward to offer us info or a fill-in or replacement agent if something more serious is going on.In the mean time, incredibly disheartened that it takes months to even get a response without a direct call above and beyond. Previous five-star review below.--Just moved in to a Little property. Both Tony and our property manager Laura are fantastic, friendly, and casual yet professional. This is how real-estate should be done.

Wow I was not expecting such a great experience at reception! Caterina was so organised and prepared. She is a real gem! Confident, professional, on top of everything and very friendly; give that woman a raise!

Little Real Estate Mt Waverley are an amazing real estate agent. I have been renting from them for over 5 years and their support, professionalism and friendly manner just get better. I never have to wait longer than 24 hours for an inquiry to be followed up with. Information about maintenance is provided to me that is efficient and exactly as informed. Just today, 3 days away from the weekend and Christmas, we have had a smashed window fixed by a fantastic glazier. I am always saying how fantastic our Real Estate agent is and recommend Little to everyone I know. Thank you team, you're doing a great job and it doesn't go by unnoticed. Realtor Nancy Matteo is very proaactive and quick whenever I need help or maintaince at the property. Even when I have house inspections , she always makes the process seamless and less stressful (as a house is a fully functional place) she doesn’t have unrealistic expectations but still they are very realistic and reasonable.She is always very polite and lovely.Nancy is an asset.

I have just rented a property through Little Real Estate, and I must say I have found them to be very professional in their approach.I have found Laura Brockie (left job) and Edison Wang (left job)to be a very (un)responsive and (un)professional in every way. So (un)refreshing.UPDATE: My initial impression was pretty soon thrown to the wind. Laura left, leaving a huge hole. Emails weren't responded too. No one turned up for property inspections several times. Not professional.2ND UPDATE : My owner found another agency to take over this property. Everything going well, until they FORGOT TO CANCEL MY DIRECT DEBIT . How unprofessional is that.

Don't use them. Didn't manage our investment property well, was never able to contact our rental agent, didn't pass on important documents, told our tenant they could move out early without consent from us & 5 months later STILL waiting for a reimbursement for damage & carpet cleaning. Not worth the stress stay well clear of them. If I could put negitave stars I would
