Literally waited 25mins for 2x burger combos. Also watched a customer stand waiting to be served at the counter for 5mins while a staff member mopped the floor in front of him without acknowledging his existence. Plenty of staff working and very little customers. Only redeeming factor was the order was correct, and the CSTM packing at the front genuinely seemed to be trying his best and apologised for the wait.

If you've seen the tiktok saying to ask for chips instead of gravy and mash, don't bother. Instead of giving you your large chips plus a small chips for the large meal you paid for, they'll just give you a small chips only half full and mash instead. Awesome. Just thrilled.

No matter how many times I've asked for extra salt on the chips going through the drive through but there's never enough. So now I always park and go inside and tell them when" to stop with the salt."

Had delivery today that was the worst KFC meal we have ever had. The chicken was over cooked, hard, brown coloured as in bad oil. The Cole Slaw was more green than white, I think it was off,.The 6 chicken pack had 4 chicken wings, 1 drumstick and 2 breast/ thigh pieces. The chicken wings had the bones sticking out of the coating and the bone was old and dried up. The only good thing about the delivery was that it came to our home quickly. Disgusting…….

Kfc don’t do anything good. No grilled chicken, no TAP WATER, no ICE, no ginger ale, no ginger beer, no Fanta, no lemonade, no coke, no tomato sauce. All they do is overly greasy fried chicken and no essentials. What a poor poor place. Unreliable. Poorly stocked store.

The young lady that served me and my wife had excellent service manner but why is it so hard to get cutlery and wipes napkins please KFC managers do better it's expensive enough
