Seemed friendly at first and, since we visited just before closing time and found a car in which we were interested, they said they would drop the car to our place the next business day to allow us to test drive and get it looked at by a mechanic. We drove it and the drive was OK but there was a noise. We had our mechanic check it and he advised tyres needed replacing, there was rust in several places underneath the car and some damage. We told the dealer we had decided not to buy the car and he was furious that we had a mechanic look at it. I would not recommend this dealer after this dodgy experience.

The agreement of purchase was my Ute was to be serviced and confirmed everything mechanically ok before I purchased it. Funny how New England Autos used Carson's mechanics to service it and didn't notice that the break pads only had a paper thin layer left and the squealer pins were snapped off. I wonder who did that... Lucky I had my trustworthy mechanic go over it after I purchased it as he picked up on how dodgy the pads were straight away.

Have used Towsly and the team a couple of times now for cars with changing life circumstances.
