Jen is a fantastic psychologist and helped me through an incredible stressful time of my life. Her approach is friendly and kind, and you don’t feel as though you are being judged for anything you say. I initially saw Jen when she was in Adelaide and continued on for some time via video call when she moved as I loved her approach.

The principle psychologist is not trauma informed and contributes to systemic trauma with her approach, lack of empathy and referral practices. It feels like you’re just a number, feeding her pocket.

Called to book an appointment, there page says Afterpay is a payment option. During the initial call I stated numerous times I want to pay via Afterpay and to send the information. A week later, several emails and attempts to call the number only for it to be busy, we get told there is an issue with their Afterpay processing, and they are looking into the issue. I cancelled the appointment and will be going elsewhere.
