Minto Family Medical Centre

This practice is struggling to keep doctors and they turn patients away. The customer service has deteriorated rapidly this year. One particular receptionist has no personal skills and tries to make assessments on patients conditions prior to them seeing the doctor. I have been a patient there from the first week of opening and I will be taking my medical records and going to a different centre. Last week after waiting for 3 hours outside in the rain with a chest infection then my husband this week turned away with a shoulder injury we will no longer be patronising this business. Very disappointed and disillusioned with the service and definitely do not recommend this business. Would have rated no stars but had to choose one to post the review.

I couldn't recommend this medical centre enough. I have seen all the doctors here and during every visit, the staff have been thorough, very informative, friendly, caring. I love that the doctors here actually take the time to listen and understand your medical issues! I moved down from Queensland a few months ago and I'm glad I made these guys my new GPs. Truly a big thank to all the doctors, nurses and wonderful admin staff for all your help!

Absolutely discussting wouldn't see my daughter unless she paid and she is only 2 because they said they don't bulk bill on weekends not even for my 2yr old daughter

Sam the Podiatrist is a big asset to this practice always professional, amicable and goes that little bit extra to help his patients. I find the majority of the staff excelent and informative. As a traing practice Doctors, Nurses and reception constantly change but on the whole I would recommend this practice.

Polite and respectful at all times added to that a large amount of patience given when we are a little anxious when waiting to be seen.They know their job.Well done

My kids used to be afraid of needles but since we started coming to Minto Family Medical for our flu and vaccination shots, my kids don't chuck a big fuss anymore due to the gentle approach of the nurse/doctor administering the shots. The doctors are great and the reception staff are always polite and helpful. Very professional.

I have beyond expectation treatment by friendly doctors at here. Special thanks to Dr. Wan, Dr. Imran Haque and his Team Dr. Imbriham, Dr. Kimran and other Doctors who randomly see me for urgent and unplanned needs. If you do need Dr. speaks Mandarin, here we have Dr. Wan speaks Mandarin and if you are confident in discussing in English, all doctors can assist you with your needs.One of the highlights around here, they have Minto South West Radiology where is just minutes to arrive there.
