I needed an inspection done at short notice so I could close a deal on a house. Mark was professional and prompt. The quality of the report was excellent. Additional over the phone assistance was excellent. Mark's expertise allowed me to go through with the sale with confidence.

I needed an urgent inspection done and Mark was able to get there the same day. His investigation was very thorough, including his well documented photos and detailed report which was issued later the very same evening!! His efficiency resulted in me being able to make the right offer and secure my first home the next day so we were amazed by his services!

I have recently hired a professional from hit the mark for building inspection.To my opinion,he haven't done his job properly.He couldn't inspect the roof snd flooring areas properly.There was a major structural defect to front entrance flat roof,which he missed.It was easily accessible by a ladder, but he didn't do it.I brought the property on the basis of his property report ,after the first rain water start pouring in.I don't recommend them to anyone. In his report, there are no pictures of that particular area.I paid a premium price to him to do the job, I paid around 550 dollars.His name was mark.Now Iam chasing the builder to rectify the defect.Attaching the front flat roof area pictures that he missed during inspection.You can see the pictures on colorbond roof with big gaps and flashings missing on the roof.I ask him prior to the inspection,how he is gonna do a check on the roof for leaks.Then he said,he has got all the gadgets like thermal imaging for the walls and for the places that he cannot reach or too high,he is gonna use a drone to detect the roof.What ever pictures i have shown is at the front of the house.Using a camera on his drone,he can easily see it and take pictures.This part,there are no pictures on my report.He don't need to climb up.Most of the inspectors put clauses in there report to protect themselves from claims like mine.But this one clearly gods hand ,exposing him out.In my case clearly the front roof area is done by a cowboy tradie.Now the case is going on in court for a compensation.
