Jae, the real estate agent from Sweet Realty is very unprofessional.We agreed to purchase the property with the agreed price.We requested him to help providing strata manager information to enable us ordering the strata report. He then replied that we need to ASK OUR SOLICITOR TO CONTACT THE VENDOR'S SOLICITOR to obtain the strata report.He blatantly lies that vendors dont supply strata reports to buyers. The statements are false and misleading.We have inspected many apartments before making a commitment to buy this one, most of the time, we receive free copy of strata reports from real estate agents.He did not inform us of the sure time when the repairs of the tiles will be done as promised before us moving in. We have made attempts to ask him to confirm multiple times.Vendors and Buyers, please be careful when dealing with this agent
