Walked in with no appointment ( fair enough) asked to come back in 20 min...ok! Come back in 30 mins but still 4 customers ahead...waited another 20 mins..not happy at this point! Oh just another 10 mins l was told..didn't look like anything was happening. So l walked out unhappy and lost my time for nothing. Learn to communicate!!!! Should of just said no I stead of making me wait.

Heads up. Reused instruments without sterilization. Painful, cut most of my cuticles with electric drill then proceeded to put bloodied instruments away without cleaning or disinfecting first. yuk.

Have been going here consistently for approximately 3 years now with plenty of my friends, family and extended network going here on my recommendation of the quality of care and value for money.In the last 2 months or so they've taken on 2 new staff members and the older of the 2 has done my infills both times, both times she has cut me which until now has been a rare occurrence in this salon. Last time she abused me when I said something, this time I didn't say anything as I was not in the mood for conflict. I had already been patient waiting 45 minutes to be seen when I was told it would be 15 minutes however, I was not too fussed as I had nowhere to rush to and understand things get busy. If there was half a star I'd think long & hard to even rate them that. The nail technician I had was rude & when I showed her the colour I wanted, she gaslit me & decided that the white" was actually the pink OPI as per my request. She used an inferior polish therefore making my manicure last no longer than 3 days when cracks & peeling occured. What a waste of my time & moneyNever again lady - D"

Went there last week, 3 staff was talking and laughing with their own language, I asked how long the gel nail could last, she looked at me and started laughing, well, it was my first time to do gel nail, apparently she was teasing me. Even my 9 years old daughter found out they are not professional. Did the nails in 10mins. Never go back again

Service is something they need to practice in this place. told 10 mins still waiting 20 mins still waitingSaturday open time is 9am at 915am shop is still closed.

Will never go back...book said $60 for eye lashes,charged $90..would not return my daughter's$30..but next day I go and argue with manager and she finally gave it to me..it's a horrible place....
