I cant thank these guys enough for trying all they could to help out one of my disabled clients. While away from home and over 3 hours from home no other store in the hunter area would touch a wheelchair tire. Which is simply a bike tire. These boys even went out of town to get us tube and get us sorted for the remaining time we were there. Also not to mentioned them letting me use the toilet multiple times as my car broke down as i was leaving and I was stuck there for 4 hours waiting on a tow truck.

Great bike shop looked on the website found the bike I liked (NCM Moscow M3 mountain bike)reviewed it then went and seen them to see if it was the right choice and they highly recommended with no bullshite to try and get me to buy different more expensive one, pricing is good. Shipping was a little slow not any fault from them but the wait was worth it.Great customer service always has time to talk highly recommend stopping by and having a talk if you are thinking about buying a bike.

I bought two ebikes and I'm very happy with the service and knowledge of this store. There is an element if risk buying expensive and technical items online plus the hassle of self assembly. I highly recommend this business for product knowledge professionalism and after sales service

Tempest Bicycles is absolutely awesome! Rob built up my Curve Belgie perfectly and this morning he “rescued” me by doing a brake bleed to give me back my front brake before a ride. Friendly, professional and great value. Definitely a 5 * recommendation! Great coffee too!

I had an issue with a new build. There was a bit of play in the frame/fork interface. The installation instructions indicated that all was logically correct but Rob from Tempest noticed that there needed to be shims between the compression ring and cap as it was rubbing on the frame. Great detective work since this wasn't shown in the assembly instructions. Rob was able to make some shims to fit and all is now as it should be. There are times when you need to leave your bike in the hands of an expert. Very professional. 5 stars

By far the most knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating bike shop I’ve dealt with. Tempest have sorted me out with any parts, servicing and just general talk about bikes every tine and I can’t recommend them enough. I ride one of their handmade custom built road bikes which is an absolute pleasure to ride. They also make a great cup of coffee too. Most definitely worth a visit in Dungog.

Rob from Tempest Bicycles is very knowledgeable in all things bike related, all his staff are very friendly and professional, Rob and his staff are very helpful, nothing is any trouble for them... oh and the coffee is fantastic
