Had very bad experience from the real estate . Different sales agents say different things in the agency . Recently put my deposit to buy a block with false communications from one agent , later when I asked Paul , he told that agent is resigned . Now my money is gone ! To whom I may ask ?It’s not like that Paul , Please don’t tell that I changed the mind , my solicitor asked the master plan for stage 5 b and your sales agent won’t be able to provide the master plan and he told the master plan is not yet prepared for the stage 5 b. I don’t want to point anyones name , But Paul you should be accountable for all this for the false communications and allegations from one of your staff . It’s not the answer for my refund that the staff who is dealing with this resigned from your agency .It’s not only happened for me , it’s same happened for my friends as well .
