I have always appreciated that Justin at Hilltop Auto is knowledgeable, honest and fairly priced. He is polite and flexible, working with me to arrange mutually convenient times for appointments. Giving 1 star because negative stars isnt a option.Took partner's car there for a very specific task, Diagnostic paperwork all in the car.instead of doing the actual work, or stating he didn't know how, He instead simply printed out a peice of paper from autodata showing the definition of the same code the paperwork was already there diagnosing.When he asked for payment for his not done work, i asked why he simply printed the same code instead of doing the specific task written on the job card, his reply was take your car and go"dodgey

I went in to get my windscreen wipers changed and the gentlemen noticed my tyres were urgently in need of a replacement and shared this information with me.Thankfully I was able to get in to the tyre place that day and get some tyres, but if it wasn't for these guys, I could of been stuck on the road in the rain in the middle of the night trying to change a tyre.So thank you.
