Absolutely excellent service and standard of workmanship. Keith and his subtrades were held up by Covid Lockdowns but once they were able to commence they worked hard and met our due completion date so that we were able to get in on time. The floors look incredible and the standard of details to adjacent flooring etc. can't be faulted.Keith's knowledge of products was evident from first discussions and we would strongly recommend them.

Otto and his staff, however, were also always courteous and patient with all my many phone calls and last minute requests.Post installation and sales care was just as outstanding. I unfortunately damaged my flooring not long after installation, and Otto and his team were there to guide me through that whole process.I love my light coffee bamboo floor and will only use e-flooring again for future renovations.

The new bamboo flooring is fantastic. The area looks so much more spacious. Rob, the guy who laid the new floor, really went out of his way to perfect all of the tricky details. I wouldn't advise trying this on your own! Keith and Stacey were great too, and the pricing was quite reasonable. Highly recommended.
