Don't go here if you want a common OTC product that requires discretion. They will give you the third degree and make you describe all your symptoms in public. Very officious, no respect.

I am totally unsatisfied with the behaviour of the nurse (Aalia). She was very very rude toward patient. I know every body is in hurry but medical profession is all about having patience, but she was in rush to go. And her behaviour toward patient was so rude if the patient is nervous than you must be clam to help him/her to clam down. And she was if you want to do it right now than do or else take another appointment. Seriously, you guys has written your notes that you guys ask everyone to be patient and respectful towards your pharmacy staff then why this rules is not followed by your staff toward patient. I am very disappointed with the service…

Very rude and judgmental pharmacist this morning saying if I understand English or i can speak English ohhh wow!!!! because i look Asian don’t judge your customers of there looks i don’t recommended this store at all and not coming back your staff need a character development training etc…

I mistakenly thought the doctors I reviewed worked with Terry white (thought they and Kogarah Railway doctors worked together).New review update:My experience with the staff and purchasing medicine here was fine. I only had one bad experience here because one of the counter staff was in a bad mood, but that was just a one off.

Very very unprofessional and rude!!!!Pierced my baby’s ears in a wrong manner which ended up with an ear infection.Very very disappointed.Never ever going back to them as they are only good at arguing and justifying their point and never listening to the customers

I was there with my sister to have vaccine but the nurse was too rude towards us as her shift was almost over so she was in rush and wanted to go home badly which we can understand. As my sister was very afraid of injections, was very nervous instead of consoling her and calming her down she was like if you want do it right now do it I have only 2min or come another day. Very unprofessional behaviour of staff as per my knowledge they should be patience enough to handle this kind of situation instead of being rude.
