Great coffee. We dined in for breakfast, a limited menu, however the food was tasty and came out quickly considering the amount of people opting to dine in. My wrap was well sized, hot and with tasty ingredients, the kids pancake was a good sized serve. Menu items were reasonably priced, and the results were empty plates all round. The two on staff, worked quickly, probably needed a third person to help out. All in all, a return visit is in order. Well done The Coffee House Ardrossan.The return visit was just as good.

Called in around 11:30am for lunch.Hardly any choices for food and at 11:59am the staff were encouraging us to finish our lunch so they could close up.

Enjoy a wonderful Sunday breakfast yesterday and amazing coffee on our way home. Was nice to receive polite friendly service from already very busy staff.If the girl on the coffee machine ever reads this, keep doing what you’re doing!! Your coffee was amazing!! Thank you for making our visit lovely!!Highly recommend and will return.

They don’t have BATHROOMS for washing our hands before something eat food. Anyway I ordered pancake was pretty disgusting. Not fluffy at all you can see my photos. My husband said the pancakes taste like frozen food. I definitely not enjoying it. My husband ordered big breakfast but it wasn’t available for dine in customer just take away. Why ??? We couldn’t believe it. Also we ordered dine in but they use paper plates and wood cutlery It was hard to eat and it’s NOT SUSTAINABLE. Just outside atmosphere was nice. Our Valentine’s brekkie was disappointed. We never back.

A nice cafe that we stopped by last time when we came to Ardrossan. They also sell some pretty yummy cakes.It has both indoor and outdoor spaces. Both are clean, cool and spacious.However, today is Saturday and we arrive at 1pm so the shop is closed. Next time I will visit here sooner.

Attended The Coffee House based on the good review status but came away a bit disappointed. The coffee I had did not have a great flavour and required sugar for me to finish it. My friend described his Chai as watery and he didn't finish it. The slices that we had with our beverages were actually rich and most delicious. Seemed like staff were at the end of shift and perhaps had enough serving for the day.The place certainly has a lot of potential given the indoor and outdoor seating available. I'd still go back to try the pancakes as most reviewers are complimentary of this.

Potential to be amazing. Great space, good coffee. Issue would be the lady whom served us, not sure if she is over worked or just over the industry itself but it was very obvious that she didn't want to be there. It did feel that she was keen for the shift to end. The feeling was that she was annoyed that we had bothered to politely ask for a coffee during their business hours. I would hope that management are ensuring their staff are happy and have adequate support to not get burnt out like this worker appeared to be. I will try this place again to see if it was just a bad day. It does happen. Goodluck.

My partner and I have visited The Coffee House twice now whilst on the Yorke.. both times our experience has been nothing but pleasant. Great coffee (delish iced latte for a warm day!) and yummy lunch food, too. Keep up the great work!!
