Holly was great at shoes and sox miranda. She was knowledgeable about different brands fit and what might work well for my daughters feet. She was positive, helpful and calm. Our first shoe fitting...will definitely be back for another!

I went in today with my two boys for last minute school shoes, and like the other three shoe shops we'd visited, this store was overflowing with parents doing the same.However, the service we received here was a hundred times better than the others we'd been to.Despite the crowds and the pressure, Kelly who served us was lovely, very thorough with fitting the boys, and went so far as to track down a pair of shoes we were after at another branch, arranging for a transfer so that we can pick them up before school starts next week.It's refreshing to have a positive shopping experience; thanks so much Kelly!

The lady who served us was exceptional. She fitted each once of our 3 kids with the patience of a saint. We left with 5 pairs of shoes.Exceptional manners and customer service. We think her name was Lillian but not sure. This lovely lady is an asset to your store and the Shoes and Sox brand.What a wonderful and warm human. We hope she is recognised for her efforts.

Usually we love coming in to shoes & sox miranda.especially for our children's birthdays.. the process of getting your little feet sized and sitting up on the platform has been something they've always found special.Although today we were met with a staff member who clearly wasn't having a good day. We had to ask to be fitted, ask for help, ask if the size was likely to fit for long.. not once did he offer any sort of helpful behaviour and stood off to the side with a mediocre smile (if you could call it that)This particular staff member had the helpfulness of a wet sock.It's rather sad when this is the only place I come to buy my kids their shoes for the extra special touch.We might have to go to the eastgardens store next time.

The instruction to scan the QR code wasn’t clear so we had to wait longer without realising we weren’t in a queue. That was annoying.Once served the staff member was excellent. Great service. Fitted my children and made good suggestions. Thank you!

Great experience. First time buying school shoes. Store was very busy however didn't take too long to get served. Unfotunately I cannot remember the girls name but she was very friendly, polite and few the products. It took a few pairs before we got the right ones but staff were patient and provided plenty of options. Will definitely return.

The Worst experience ever. We had been waiting there for ages, and no shop assistant wouldn’t even care. Our bub started crying coz the waiting time becoming too long . There was a nice lady asked that Asian guy ( one of their shop assistants) to serve us first as she is still thinking, and that Asian guy just stood still without even looking at us and said : no need …what the hell ???????? I would never went back to this shop again.

Great service during a busy time of year. They opened the shop at 9am and had a good queue system. Joanna was a great help, very friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy with service of all staff. Thank you

Arrived early along with other parents for school shoes. Process explained well, the lady we had was super helpful, I gave her our budget and what we were after and she measured kids up and provided with options and we were done stress free. She was super knowledgeable and lovely.
