Hit and miss service. Recently required 4 internal door keys and Procare sourced these for me quickly and contacted me to advise they had arrived. That was great.Later - requested a quote for lock rekeying, mortise rollers, replacement of a night latch and powder coating in black. Received a call a few days after the site visit telling us there were obstacles to completing the job - holes would be left in doors that could not be covered completely as suitable products could not be found, etc. Quite baffling.Gave Procare the option to provide alternatives by asking a few questions in response to their quote but they failed to respond to the email. Assume the job was either not of interest or not within experience range?Went to Southern Lock and Security and they said it was straightforward - products sourced and job completed within 10 days of their quote as they had to order some items in.(I've read your business response below and it does not match the circumstances. We advised Procare that we had already started discussions with you regarding locks in 2019 and had to defer this due to a problem with the box gutter and possible room reconfiguration. The 2022 quote was therefore to update this as considerable time had passed.However Matt decided that there were tentatively some issues with the job requested that could be problematic, despite the fact that we advised that these 'problem areas' had not been picked up on by Clayton back in 2019. To which no comment was received. Matt did ring after the home visit and we did have a discussion and that was when he advised that he could not find a product to fit part of the job but that the rekeying part of the job was still possible so the quote which came through on 2/9 factored this in. On 9/9 a reminder email came through asking if we were accepting the quote. On 29/9 I sent an email with two questions concerning cover plates and pictures to try and achieve a workaround and get a better outcome other than just rekeying. No reply was received to this email and no voice mail message in our call logs at all - which are fully retained message logs for business purposes.)

Car key replaced on the spot, very prompt service. Would recommend.

Brought a key and remote 4-5 months ago, remote rarely worked and key broke where I was unable to turn off my car. They didn’t take any responsibility for it, no discount, nothing to help whatsoever so went to another place where they charged me a third of the price to fix it. Never use them again!In response to your reply, I never swore at your worker, the key was not forced and he certainly didn’t explain what you have detailed here, this would have been helpful to know! Still will not ever recommend your business.

Extremely overpriced, could go to the local bunnings and get it for half of what they are offering. Do not recommend

Fantastic service, over the last 6 years, we have had car keys and house locks replaced by Clayton and his crew and have always found them to be friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I highly recommend Procare for all things key and security related. I have used Procare's services many times from motorbike key issues, front door lock repairs and key cutting. They provide a friendly and professional service at a reasonable price.

Replaced key blades for my Commodore Utility and fixed the problem with keys sticking. Located the mechanical key problem in my Nissan Maxima and advised solution. Great service.

Cut a spare car key for us while we waited. Cheaper than other quotes we got. Plus they have old school arcade games for you to play while you wait.

We have had a problem with our car remote control security for the past few weeks not working and tried a few places to try and have it fixed with no luck, today we called in Procare Locksmiths to ask if they could help and the staff were very helpful and friendly and able to fix our faulty remote in a couple of minutes, We would like to thank the staff and recommend too anyone looking for a locksmith to go to Procare in Bunbury again Thank you very much.

Procare impressed me with their customer service, advice and timeliness. They took the time to explain my options and the pros and cons of each one, which allowed me to select the best option for my situation. It’s been a long time since I felt that a business was listening to my needs and letting me make an informed choice, rather than push decisions on to me.
