Went looking for a particular relay and was told to give this mob a try. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They didn't carry the actual relay I was looking for but they really made the effort to locate a compatible replacement. In the end we weren't successful but I was really impressed by the effort the crew put in for a $30 relay. Their customer service is excellent and deserves praise - hence this review.I would definitely purchase future auto electrical equipment from them. Recommended.

I went to the Brisbane branch to purchase a starter for my sister's car. The staff behind the counter showed me fantastic service and had the knowledge to find the part with not much info. Not only did they have it on the shelf but the price was also the best.
