We have been using Gosford City Pest Control since 2012. Initially it was for a Pre-purchase inspection report for our home (which we purchased back then). From that point on we have been having 6 to 12 month inspections as we live on the central coast near bush land (in a termite prone area)Bruce is extremely thorough with his inspections and will pick up little details which may be missed by others.Gosford City Pest is affordable and has great service. I had recently been searching for my last 6 month house checkup report as we are selling our house. I had misplaced it and Dianna in the office sent me another one (quickly) when requested so that I was able to give it to my selling agent. They keep all old reports on file.Needless to say, we used Bruce again 2 weeks ago for the new home we are buying to get a pre-purchase report. Buying a home is such an investment, especially as houses prices keep rising and we find he is the only person we trust enough to pick up any concerns as he is meticulous and detailed, giving you peace of mind to go ahead (or not depending on any issues found). He is happy to go through the reprt and explain what he has written. We highly recommend him!

Emailed their business in the evening after hours and got a reply the next day in the morning. One day later someone came to take care of our ants problem.The process was quick and easy. The business is reliable and professional.

Second time I’ve used this service in Gosford and Kariong. Long lasting treatment and reasonably priced. Kept creepy crawlies away for over a year at last address. highly recommend!

My whole family has been using Gosford City Pest Control. The staff are lovely, helpful and very honest - I asked for ant and cockroach treatment even though I hadn’t had ants in a while and they informed me the ant treatment is unnecessary unless you have an ant issue at the time. Not many companies would be so honest!

Even though the inspection was performed under difficult circumstances, Bruce carried it out with professional pride and when it came to deliver the bad news he did so in a caring and informative manner.

Update 1/9/20: I have just had Gosford City Pest Control treat my manufacturing facility in Lisarow and my house. They offer great service and effective treatment for both residential and commercial property.We will continue to use this company.We have had our residence treated for the second year running by Gosford City Pest Control and are very pleased with the results. They know their game well and are honest people to have in your house. I would recommend them on the basis of value, effectiveness, punctuality and honesty.

Bruce is professional, reliable and I would 100% recommend. We had a serious issue with jumper jack ants, he was able to get rid of them all and finally we can access our yard without worry. He continued to follow up to make sure his services worked which I appreciate. Thanks so much!!
