The Focus Cleaning team are the BEST cleaners I have ever had. As well as doing the regular tasks they also notice little details of what needs attending to. Recently they got all the hidden mould and grime off my built-in kitchen bin – it looked amazing! They take initiative and they clearly take pride in their work. The whole family loves coming home and checking out how beautifully our beds have been made, or what little details they have added (like neatly folding the toilet paper ends!). It’s a pleasure and joy having our house cleaned by Focus Cleaning. We are very thankful and highly recommend them.

I have had a horrible experience. Melissa never answers her phone and rarely returns calls. The last week the cleaner didnt showed up. Apparently the cleaner was sick. Thats fine but Melissa didnt return my calls so we can reschedule! Every other week Melissa told me the cleaner couldnt come the usual day. I got a call nearly every week asking to change usual cleaning time. The cleaner doesnt know how to properly stack dishes in the dishwasher. The cleaner ruined my marble top on the first clean but i let it go. No appreciation of me not making an insurance claim! Do not use this cleaning company. They promise you the same cleaning day every week but its not true. Communication is very poor as well.

Loved the service, the point of contact was prompt to answer and it was smooth from the beginning to the end, the team did an amazing job, I highly recommend them to anyone!Will definitely be booking them again!
