Mobile Tyre shop

I called to get help with a punctured tyre on an Saturday night, you have taken advantage of my desperation in getting help, you quoted in $800 to change the tyre, and asked for full payment to book the appointment the next day. I found another provider who didn't need full payment and who would charge $650. I asked to cancel the booking and you said there was a $250 cancellation fee.You still have debited $450 from my account and I have not recieved any services from you.The least you could do is honour your $250 cancellation fee, which was not told to me at the time of the booking.You did not send me any invoice of payment receipt, or replied any of my phone calls or messages.I am very very upset because you have taken my money and I have not recieved any services, or goods.

Untrustworthy and incompetent.

Wouldn't give me an invoice or a receipt and now won't answer the phone.Had an inspection for a pink slip today and they just messaged me 4 hours later saying my wheels need aligning.. nothing else.. no report or anything. I took my vehicle to a garage afterwards and it passed with no problems for a fifth of the price.ALSO GO BY THE NAME AUSTECH MOBILE MECHANICDO NOT USE THESE GUYS THEY ARE SCAMMERS
