Horrible. Horrible advertising, horrible customer service, horrific food.I ordered a lamb souvlaki. And got a lamb wrap. I start eating my lamb WRAP (which I was extremely over charged for!!) and noticed how horrible the meat was - dry, chewy and fatty! And then I found a bone!!!! I had called the manager to get an apology only to be told “that’s how we’ve been doing it for months” not even an apology. People get sued for false advertising! Let alone if my children had of eaten my meal, they could have ended up in hospital! And again no apology! Will also be posting to Pakenham Facebook group(s) to bring awareness to this pathetic establishment.

Ordered a couple fish bites, a seafood stick and a grilled flake. They forgot my flake which was 60 percent of the cost. Had to turn around and get them to fix the order. They had left the flake on the grill and hadn't flipped it. Instead of remaking my order they put the flake in a bag and handed it to me. By the Time I got home I realized the flake was ruined, burnt on one side and completely uncooked batter on the other. Rest of food was cold by then and had to chuck out the flake. Had to call up a different fish and chip shop and pay again so I could have lunch. Can I give negative stars? They should be minus 5 stars

I attended this fish and chip shop tonight what an experience I observed the owner upset and arguing with his wife in front off customers. Not only that the owner told one of the employees off in front of customers blaming him that a ticket which blew on the counter for not putting it in the box which is situated on the counter we’re the wind blows them out. Apart for the food I won’t be going back the flake was mushy like it’s been defrosted and then cooked disgusting .the owner should more worry about looking after quality than making a fool of himself in front of customers and staff

Came in here to get lunch for a co-worker and myself not long ago. The service I experienced when walking in, was honestly not very unprofessional as they were standing around talking in another language while I was waiting to be served.The biggest down fell was the food and unfortunately it was not good. It shouldn't be hard to get fish and chips right. The potatoe fitters were doughy and tasteless, the batter on the fish was thick and unpleasant and the fried wontons tasted off. I can't say I'll be back and after this experience I wont be recommending this place.

Best fish n chips I have ever had, and I'm 65yrs old.Potato cakes have actually got potato in them.Batter on the fish is great and doesn't leave you with that heavy feeling in your stomach.Scallops are delicious.

Not much, you can say about with fish and chips. It can be a hit and miss with most stores really depends on how old the oil is in the air fryers have ordered Neal‘s before and they have not been good and have had some that have been really good.
