Hurt my toe and was in severe pain and needed xray. On the phone I was told that I can come in and they will do xray without referral. Drove with extreme pain in my foot and leg due to injured toe and was told by the receptionist sorry we need referral. What changed in 6 mins that they changed the bloody statement. Staff need proper training, it will safe everyone lots of time.

Disgusting service, she was rude not even interested in doing her job properly. Tried to schedule an appointment at clayfield QSCAN, she's saying I cant find you on our system & unable to find anywhere for appointments then all of a sudden found one. Scheduled 11:45am today 31/05/2022 at carindale. The appointment wasnt even scheduled for today!! Trying to push customers aways!!! Very wrong!!

I would like to thank all the staff for their great service from the receptionist to the lovely lady who looked after me when I was getting a scan. She was very friendly and caring. They are true people of caring for the customer and knowing how to treat them. They went above and beyond what is excepted. Keep up the great work to all the team there. Thanks again.

The staff at the reception need to improve their customer service skills (one star rating) but the staff who do CT scan or X-ray deserve 4 star rating.

I had my ultrasound scan for first trimester pregnancy in this center.I am so disappointed because I didn't have the chance to hear the heartbeat of the baby.This is my first pregnancy and this whole things are new for me. After I got home I told my sister about my experience and she surprised that the doctor didn't let me listen to the heartbeat.I did mention about we can listen to the heartbeat when our pregnancy reach to 6-7 weeks, the doctor said yes, but still didn't let me listen to the heartbeat.If I could turn back time, I will choose another company/ center so I can get that listen to the heartbeat for the first time" moment.Since this center isn't a bulkbill

The quality of service has deteriorated since this one commenced practice. The delays for scans and X-rays are too long.

Not sure why the Google rating of this is so low, the staff were all so lovely when I went in for an MRI last night. I'd never had one before and they walked me through the whole thing and made sure I was comfortable. They even gave me a blanket!

Alison who did my ultrasound today was so kind! Really appreciated how comfortable she made me through the whole experience. Absolutely reccomend!

I could not have been happier with the service I received here today. A CT scan and x-rays, and all were done with friendliness, care, professionalism and efficiency.You could see the reception staff were under the pump a little, but they were pleasant towards everyone who came in.The radiographers were very caring, and probably apologised too much for moving and strapping you into place. I've had enough procedures to know that sometimes it can be uncomfortable.The lady who did my x-rays was very thorough, and made sure that everything the specialist required was captured.Well done and keep up the great work.
