Just had a new shower installed. I found every member of the team courteous and helpful as well as proficient and efficient. Great company to deal with and will not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

Some staff were a bit obnoxious to be honest.

The staff have great customer service skills and are willing to go above and beyond expectations. Their product range are modern and on trend if you're looking for the latest fittings.

Unfortunately I was placed on the too hard basket. Was quoted twice, then the second quote almost doubled with no breakdown of the costs. When asked for an itemised quote, I received a email saying it was not possible to do the job. When I rang to ask, was told again that our job was too hard. It was a mini bathroom makeover. Still waiting for a phone call to see when my new door is to be installed. They said I would get a call 3 days ago.

Charged a fortune...paid for two doors to be put in but the job done is very unprofessional. Dont waste your money

After initially being helpful and positive, we found the 9 months it took to get 2 external and 3 security doors installed to be a joke.Their intractable attitude to any measurements or delivery outside their inconvenient hours meant multiple 5 hours trips for us and months of delay. Delivery of a wrong door didn’t help. Insisting we should not paint a door before hanging it saw bizarre reasoning and outright lies.They failed to take into account replacing a door jamb also means architraves need replacing. We had to pony up for the cost or materials for one door - that subcontractor admitted they were disorganised and essentially clueless. The front door saw us having to fit new architrave - different subbie refused to do anything not on work order. Not their fault the business is clueless and will not pay them, right? (See image attached, what a great look!) The security doors came from another company who wee excellent.That was the time B,D and more started getting antsy for money. Maybe they needed to pay other people?They were paid and even eventually admitted they got a lot wrong. We would rather warn people than get back the couple of hundred it cost us to get the job finished.STAY AWAY from Bathrooms, Doors and More!
