Stoked with the quality of my products, especially the freestanding bath which gets nothing but compliments from everyone who visits. Staff gave impeccable service and are very knowledgable, and the price was really good especially for the quality of the products provided. Really happy with the experience all round!

Incompetent from the ground up. Most of their products are cheap Chinese made. They like to pretend it’s European it’s not. Really just a tacky reseller of superior manufacturers you can buy from either directly or from better retailers. As for the smart bidets like TOTO. Many suppliers can also supply with better prices, expertise and more options that comply to the plumbing regulations. These people are rude, incompetent and arrogant.

Michael and the team at ACS designer bathrooms provided great service in supplying bathroom fittings for our ensuite. They had a great selection in the showroom and spent the time to recommend and source Items we needed that were not on display. All products work and look great. Highly recommended!

We had an incredible shopping experience at ACS! The staff made the decision process completely smooth sailing and we ended up with my dream bathroom! Usually a dream bathroom on a budget would consist of sacrifice on quality but the value for money and such high quality product at ACS has left us over the moon! Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I ordered two bidet mixers and talked to Michael from Richmond shop nearly one month ago and paid for both of them. it was only last week that i was told they had only one and the other would need to come from Italy. Apparently they had two but checked them both and one was faulty. Well I said pls send the good one and we would wait for the other. I am still waiting for the first one to arrive. It takes a lot of time to be delivered from Sydney. Also no confirmation that they indeed placed an order for the other one. All these things should have been told me from the beginning. Time lost. Poor services.

Beware the fake warranties from ACS Bathrooms. Our kitchen sink mixer broke and failed completely after 4 and a half years of normal use into a 17 year warranty. They would not honour it, saying it was normal wear and tear. A sink mixer broken in 2 pieces is NOT normal wear and tear.Following the response from the owner I would like to add to my review.I recently wrote a 1 star review for ACS Bathrooms about their failure to honour a warranty for a kitchen sink mixer. It is not my habit to write bad reviews, so we had to be extremely disappointed with the treatment we received to do so in the first place. Following this there was a response posted by the owner. It is also not my habit to enter into further online debate about such matters,however the owner’s response attempts to present a picture that is simply not true. So:Firstly the mixer is 4 years and several months old, not 6 years as stated by the owner. Regardless the warranty is stated in writing to be 17 years.Secondly we accept that normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. (Mind you ACS would not supply us with a copy of the warranty detail, the only way we could obtain it was when we approached Consumer Affairs Victoria who were able to obtain it at our request.) However the further assertion that it is not covered because “we have broken the mixer” does not pass any reasonable test. All we have done (2 adults, no children) is use the mixer normally by switching the tap on and off and moving the swivel arm about in a normal manner. Something inside the mixer has broken, meaning that when the water is turned on it forces the swivel arm up out of it's normal position and the water sprays out the top. See attached photo. It is not “worn”, it has broken internally, we have done nothing to make this happen, unless the mixer was not fit for normal use in the first place. What exactly does the warranty cover if it does not cover this type of malfunction?We reassert our opinion that, based on our one experience, we clearly cannot recommend that warranties offered by ACS Bathrooms betrusted. We are left with only 2 options, accept being mistreated like this or formally make application to VCAT. This will be our last input to this review, the facts speak for themselves, regardless of how they are twisted.

I was really impressed with professional, helpful and friendly service I recieved and the quality of products are amazing! Great value for money!! Highly recommend.

Went in to buy a Toto and was provided templates to check fit with my bowl. I sent photos back with the templates on my bowl and was advised to buy the wrong sized seat. I asked the salesperson since I was unsure and was assured that the size she was recommending would be the right one.Product arrived and had fitting issues from the start. Plumber advised I call ACS for advice. Called but original salesperson was away so another person attended the call. Was advised by new sales person on the phone to buy an additional bracket even though the same bracket had already been included in the original package. I politely mentioned that I had the bracket already and was told that the fit wouldn't work unless I bought another identical bracket. At this point, I said it made no sense so asked for the technical support details instead. New salesperson said I was clearly too cheap to afford a bracket and it was no surprise that it was not working. I was a little surprised by the comment (after all, I've purchased a relatively expensive product) but decided to not respond to this and just kept asking for the support hotline.New salesperson provided the contact number of another Toto dealer saying this was the support hotline and ended the call. The new dealer was surprised to get a support call but did his best and found me the actual details of the support line. Support technician confirmed that fit was wrong and I would probably need to change either the seat of bowl to get a good fit. Support person also confirmed that this was not a bracket issue so buying any new bracket wouldn't have fixed it anyway.
