Dissapointing and won't be back. Overcharged twice now for two different quoted cuts for my teenage daughters. Be wary if they give you a price over the phone as it's only a rough guide...

I started going to Christiane's at Lake Macquarie Square, Mount Hutton many years ago. I have also used Christiane's at Charlestown Square and until today have always been happy with their service. Today I turned up on time for a pre-booked appointment I made over the phone to have my hair GHD straightened only." After waiting 20 minutes I was told that I would have to have my hair washed and blow-dried as well

Pre booked appointment.After waiting 45 minutes I left the salon after telling a staff member that I had other appointments to attend.I felt uncomfortable sitting in the salon as I was the only persons wearing a mask. Unacceptable!!

I highly recommend Ashley from this store !! After having a tragic hair cut at a different hair salon I popped in to see if anything could be done to correct the mess the last person had done to my hair .... she listens to what you want double checks to make sure and as sceptical as I was she actually made my hair look 100% better !!! I have now had 2 visits to her store and I'm almost human again .. I have found my fav salon ... thank you Ash

It's sad to see Christiane's customer service hasn't improved. I know businesses have a staff problem at the moment, but after waiting 20 minutes for a prebooked appt without any interaction from the staff I left and went to JustCuts who were able to fit me in in 10 minutes. Great, friendly service, cut and price. I won't be recommending Christiane's any more.
