I am very happy I decided to try these vets for my cat! I am grateful I am for how attentive Rachael was when I brought my cat in.. At my former vet I always felt like my concerns weren’t taken seriously and I was rushed out. She genuinely cared and was listening to my concerns, explained everything she was investigating and reasons to investigate. The reception staff also helped with the clean up job! Amazing, would not hesitate to recommend!

Saw me straight away when I explained the seriousness of my pets situation, handled themselves with sympathy and treated my old dog with so much dignity in his last minutes, thank you so much. Would definitely recommend.

Rude, uncaring and only worried about money. Suggested euthanasia for my dog in front of my 11yo daughter when there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with the dog. I strongly recommend people instead use one of the vets in Taree

Beyond happy with the service I received from Wingham and Valley vets! Staff were all wonderful and made time straight away for me to bring in my sick buck! Vets who are willing and knowledgeable with goats are few and far between so was extremely happy to receive such excellent service on such short notice!It really made our vet experience almost pleasant given the circumstances!Thank you so much
