North Shore Remedial Massage
I had one of the best massages I've ever had with Natasha. I went in with a sore back from kayaking and the usual tight neck and shoulders thanks to years of working at a computer. Natasha asked a few questions and then just hit all the right spots. She really knows her stuff and I woke up the next morning feeling great. Would highly recommend her for remedial / sports massage. One of the best around.

I highly recommend North Shore Remedial massage. I had a fabulous massage with Pauline today. She was spot on with the perfect pressure to relieve the knots in my muscles without causing me to tense up against them - not easy with my back and neck! I feel so much lighter and freer and have booked in again - back for more! :)

Unfortunately my remedial massage was not as good as I hoped given the other reviews.There was minimal conversation unless prompted, the massage was soft rather than firm, and didn't focus effectively on my problem area.Perhaps I went on an off day but it was a pretty disappointing in and out" experience overall."

Without a doubt the best massage that I've ever had. The staff are really well experienced and actually understand the anatomy of the body. Never have I had someone take their time to ensure that every pain point was adjusted well. Highly recommend!

A fantastic and professional body of masseuses. I often see Angie and she is incredible. I always leave feeling so much better. She has helped me manage terrible headaches and swollen feet. And she has this amazing technique forvarms and neck. I thoroughly recommend this business and Angie. Always 5 stars!!!

Sadly disappointed with the service for many reasons.1.) Did not cover all areas of the body requested at the beginning.2.) The massage was relaxing, but did not release the knots/tension as requested. She spent a lot of time rubbing the tight areas, but not building pressure to release the tension. I did not feel any looser after the massage.3.) The website says that it accepts private healthcare, but after the appointment they were unable to do so & I had to pay the full amount.Overall, at best the massage was somewhat relaxing, but did not help with any tension or sore spots. I walked out feeling like I had wasted my time & money.

I have been to Lilo for remedial massage twice in my life. The first was around 6 years ago and I felt like my body was in ecstasy for the next few days. I have had pain since December from a motorbike accident with weekly physio and daily exercise which did nothing.. After a 90 minute session with Lilo I can say my back is fixed!! no more pain!! She even spent some extra time after to really help me fix the pain point. I can not recommend her enough, she is the most amazing person with healing energy. If you have pain you MUST SEE HER!

Elaine at North Shore Remedial Massage is fantastic. She is very professional and I can always trust that I will leave the massage feeling wonderful and all my aches and pains addressed. She has helped me get through a very difficult cancer operation and chemotherapy treatment. I would recommend her to anyone needing a massage.
