I cannot speak highly enough of Harcourts Scenic. I've had some awful experiences with real estates agents in the past but they have restored my faith. From the day I first inspected the lovely property I eventually purchased on Tamborine, Shane and Andrew, and now Anita, have been nothing but genuine, helpful, friendly and efficient. They took a true interest in the renovation of the property and found me a fantastic tenant within a week. Emails are answered promptly, phone calls are returned, minor issues are sorted without fuss. They are a complete joy to work with. Thanks Harcourts, I think you're great.

It can be a very stressful time relocating, and having a very professional and caring real estate agent keeping closely in touch is what makes the difference. The agent did not call me back when l left a message and did not acknowledge that l was wanting to make an excellent referenced application for a property. My daughter is a licensed agent and she wouldnever be so arrogant. It is the agents duty of care to present all applications to the seller or in this case landlord. I wonder if all of these reviews are just acquaintances or it is just the attitude of this particular property manager.
