Missed call at night, no message left. Another missed call the next morning at 7am, no message left. I was busy at work with meetings in the morning so called the number back later, around 12pm to see who called and why. Rude guy on the other end of the line, turns out it's the owner of this plumbing business, it's about a maintenance organized by my letting agent (they didn't notify me of course, which I explained him). He's yelling at me in the phone telling me he has a job to do and he's sending someone in 30 minutes and I have to be at home. He just thought they can rock up with no notice and I drop everything and be available. Yelling with people on the phone and giving no notice/booking in a appt is just lack of customer service skills and very unprofessional. Would never work with them if it was my choice.

Poor quality finish. Nil professionalism from Dave as I was interstate at the time of the works and returned to see this having settled the invoice.The work speaks for itself.

Dave Burns and his team have done repairs and also helped us with our new build and it's always been a very positive experience. The guys are friendly, professional and great at what they do. I'm more than happy to recommend them for any plumbing work. :)
