Poor communication and very unpleasant to deal with. Ops Manager Barry Dimmer is aggressive and the company has done very little to ease resident concerns about sending unvaccinated workers into homes. Communication provided to residents has been riddled with mistakes which doesn't give you a lot of confidence in the work being done.

Sheldon, Paulo and Drew saved our bacon. We were struggling to move our washing machine into our new home.As if picking up a box of books, Sheldon and Paulo carried it into our home (Drew supervised). I think they deserve employees of the months awards.

They came and quoted. I then contacted them to see when they could do the work and they did not respond. My must have phoned and emailed 4 or 5 times and not a single call back. Don't know why they bothered quoting.

I found the company professional. Barry Dimmer has been extremely approachable and laid to rest any concerns I might have about having workmen in the apartment. As they were running ahead of schedule I was contacted to see if it was convenient to start the work to my unit earlier. They have all COVID protocols in place. All the staff are fully vaccinated, no one is from a lockdown LGA and masks were worn the entire time they are in the building. Personally the boys were friendly and always on time. They put down drop cloths throughout the apartment to avoid any dirt being walked about and cleaned up after themselves at the end of their day. I highly recommend them.
