My husband and I ordered Rolld through Uber eats. We did a large order which they happily took, however 10mins later we get a message saying the order couldn’t be fulfilled because they were closing, why even take the order in the first place?

This was a good place to have lunch. I had a Tofu Salad along with 3 Shitake Mushroom Dumplings, which were delicious! Also, the total cost was under $20 for two people, which is a good guideline for eating out. However, checking the nutritional information, I noticed that all foods contain trans fat, which is associated with many negative conditions like heart disease! I think this is due to the shallots being fried in hydrogenated vegetable oil. I recommend to use avocado oil when frying, or just sautée the shallots in olive oil to reduce trans fat.

Disappointed on this visit. Have eaten at Roll'd various locations but this was the worst. It seems to be a downward trend with roll'd.My original experience couple of years ago was great and I thought good value. This used to be a healthy meal for a reasonable price.Had a Viet salad and a noodle salad (lemongrass beef). The servings were less than normal and there was no corriander or mint in either of the dishes. Things normally there and included in normal recipes.The dressing seemed watered down based from previous experience.The place was clean and the meal was reasonable. Just not great and did not meet my expectations.For the price this is not great value.The taste has lost that lovely Vietnamese flavourWill not be back. And this probably includes other roll'd outlets as well.Customer lost.

The bahn mi is very filling. It’s not the best that I’ve had but it definitely fills a spot when you’re hungry and in a rush.The quality is determined by who makes your roll. Sometimes you get minimal toppings and other times you get an abundance.I’ve tried the bbq chicken. It’s nice but the sauce can be a bit too sweet. I really like the pork and crackling but you should be warned that you don’t get much meat. If you order it with extra meat it’s much more substantial.The service is quick and reasonable. Not overly friendly though. They don’t take the time to explain the menu, just expect you to order from the menu with not much of a description.

Worst banh mi of my life. Bread stale and was heated in a microwave, salad was more of a coleslaw, so much salty soy sauce, hardly any mayo, barely edible. Could barely have two bites, had to throw out the rest. Service by the lady was rude, shoved the roll in my hand. Just a horrible experience all over. Do yourself a favour and learn the actual recipe. It was unbelievably bad. Just wow. Would recommend people to buy just to experience how bad it is. It's an oddity in itself.

lovely place with great atmosphere! the staff are very kind and the music selection is top-notch as well. thank you for always giving me a wonderful lunchtime! Good place on your way to new castle or hunter valley

I bought a variety or rice paper rolls and oh boy are they delicious. The lady serving me gave me all of the sauces to try and a free drink with the deal they had. She was so so lovely and I will be returning again :)

Disastrous....pho noodle soup was definitely not a pho soup.One teaspoon of raw beef, half a teaspoon of dehydrated chicken is definitely not pho and it's definitely not worth $16...No refund offered, just hopeless...Don't bother ordering their soups..I will never go there again
