The Dog Whisperer professional groomer
We enrolled our puppy for puppy classes for 4 sessions. There were quite a few cancellations on her side which was fine as her family went on vacation, she was sick, and some family emergency. We still have one left but was told we missed a class when we didn't. She is not even able to pinpoint which date we missed because we did not! Now ignoring our messages and calls. We gave her an option to refund the one session. She has an excuse that she won't do classes now until they move. We are now unable to trust her.
