Origin Energy LPG Alice Springs
Very bad customer service. No help at all. I have been out of gas at my residence for a week now. Direct debit was setup for regular gas topup but they failed to deliver upon calling them sometimes they say the account is deactivated, next day you call it is active. You request to speak with the manager they just ignore and hang up the call. The calls goes to Philippines and they have no idea what they are doing, they couldnt even tell until what time I can call them back. Stay away from Origin Energy if you wanna have peace of mind.
