Obviously I wish I could give zero stars. This place makes me sick. My Father has been sick and his health declining for years. He was riddled with health problems and barely able to walk. He tried to claim disability and was denied for years and made to keep trying to find work yet he could barely walk from one end of the house to the other. Now he’s dead. Is that sick enough to claim disability??? You all need to rethink your priorities.

Once I got past the front desk which it would seem are there to be as obstructive as possible, I got to see probably the most helpful man I have ever dealt with in Centerlink. He was honest and efficient. If the front desk this helpful I would have rated 5 stars

Of course, the stories of this place are true, very slow service. But you can't blame the staff, it's the government that hates poor people. The staff are very friendly when you eventually get to them. Always a massive wait here. On the phone is also a very very long wait, I had to wait a whole hour before.

I don't really think you can fault the staff here. It's not their fault the government hates poor people, and they put up with a lot from the local population. They've been nothing but helpful toward me and everyone I've seen in there. They'll do what they can for you within the rules they must follow. The wait time is always long, but that's because they're understaffed and overworked. Not sure why reviews are even open for Centrelink to be honest, they're not that helpful as you have no choice but to go there as the phones are still 2hr+ wait.
