I am a serial direct to boot shopper. So many awesome bargains shopping online that you wouldn't get in store. Beautiful and friendly staff bring my shopping to my car boot. In store customer service is fine however a little smile and how's it going would be great.

No checkouts open. Self service only. Stupid thing needed operator reset twice. Was here Saturday and 18 people queued for 2 checkouts open. Better off going somewhere else where checkouts are open and work .

I required a food platter for pick up by 9am this Saturday.. received wonderful service by girls at the Deli, really fantastic and, most obliging. Platter was beautifully made and so fresh! Thank you so much will recommend and be using again. 5 stars!!

This morning I witnessed a most concerning and disgusting act of bullying in the workplace. As a regular shopper at Woolworths I have always been impressed by the behaviour of most employees yet after today’s experience I am left compelled to raise the issue.The behaviour displayed by I assume to be the store manager towards a female employee (possibly another manager) was absolutely disgusting to say the least. His comments and overall tone left the woman in tears as he continued his barrage of abuse in ful view of customers and staff alike.How this behaviour is allowed to continue in this day and age is beyond me and has no place in any environment yet alone a workplace. I hope some senior management at Woolworths see this post and investigate with the parties involved.
