Metronest Homes

I have built my home with Metronest in 2022. I have built from other builders in the past but my experience with Metronest has been the best. I have done numerous changes during the drawings amd they have accomodated everything I wanted and that too without any pocket pinch. These changes with others builders were expensive and the quality was not like Metronest.

I have got my new home built and deliverd within 6 months from Metronest Homes. We are very satisfied with the end result and the quality of workmanship. If you are looking for custom builders then Metronest Homes it is as they have very good floor plans and the finishing very nice.

I have built my dream home with Metronest Homes in 2020. I have done extensive home work with every builder which included Value for money, overall responsiveness and custom design. Of all the builders, Metronest has responded well from Start to finish. I should mention few names who gave me outstanding service from the team. Firstly, for my numerous amount of changes in quote, Sunil (Consultant) has responded with lot of patience and professionalism. Next in line is Mrudula from colour selection. I can't thank her enough for the advise that she has given me. She has also gone to the extent of Re-installing the Splashback as I have chosen the ugly splash back colour. Next in line is Sahana who organised the whole build run smoothly.Like any other home, my home has defects too after 6 months due to slab movement, they are being fixed currently.Lastly, it's only because of Rupender and his kindness I have built with Metronest Homes.I have already referred 2 of my friends to Metronest Homes and they are building with Metronest Homes. Sunil has given the best quote and service to my friend's which is why they are building with Metronest Homes. 2 more friends will be referred to Metronest once their Marigold estate lots are ready for build.

Absolutely fantastic!Started my build with Metronest Homes in 2021. Although the road was a little long due to material delays and a shortage of tradespeople, Metronest Homes were always fantastic with their communication as to what was happening.That being said, it was worth the wait. I couldn't be more happy with the work they have done, extremely high quality throughout.I would like to thank Shambhavi my building coordinator , Michael Jacob my site supervisor for fantastic journey to completion and post handover support.Metronest Homes always kept their words , all inclusions were implemented and some extras thrown where required which helped us to retain confidence in them during COVID19 times where as other builders were leaving their clients in middle of no where.We are loving our custom build house , Thank you Metronest Homes

Moreover, building our house was enjoyable and memorable because metro-nest was the right choice!

If you're looking to build a house to a high standard in a reasonable timeframe, do not build with Metronest Homes.We have been building with Metronest for over two years now since we signed our contract and we have experienced countless delays, constant mistakes on their part (which we have had to pick up on and notify the supervisor) and extremely poor communication from the staff.Do yourself a favour and take your money elsewhere.

There was bit delay for handover the house which, i can understand .The Quality of martial used in my house is really good , very happy with the end results of my dream house . I have build my home from Metronest Homes recently and I have had a great journey from the start. The house has been completed within stipulated time and we are very satisfied with the quality of the house and the professionalism of the company as a whole. Would recommend to get your dream home built from them.
