Honest and courteous service and a brilliant end product, mixing and matching 6 finger parquet flooring from the 1960's with what's available now ie 5 finger. No hesitation to enlist Floors by Greensborough again.

Bottom line is that from the quote to post-job we had an excellent experience with absolutely everyone at this company, from the guys at the top to the workers to the admin staff. The quality of the parquetry work we had done was excellent - exactly how I hoped it would end up looking. How often can you say that?This company has been around a long time (possibly 40 years or thereabouts?) and the knowledge these guys have proves it. Stuart in particular was fantastic when we were discussing ideas and handling a lot of detailed (and probably annoying) questions from me at all stages, with a huge amount of incredibly helpful advice.We got a thoroughly detailed quote and they started the job exactly when they said they would. The project ran pretty much to time - a couple of extra days were needed at the end but that was offset by the first phase of the job being finished a day or two early. Attention to detail fixing up little things at the end was also great.These guys offer great value for money and do quality work. Take advantage of picking their brains at the outset when you're figuring out what you want, as they know their stuff inside out. I found them extremely honest and pleasant people to boot. Cannot recommend them highly enough.My family first used this company in the 80s and my mum used them more recently. We'll be using them again in the future.

We first used Floors by Greensborough 15 years ago to lay our family room floor. Five years later they laid the timber flooring in our corridor and they have just finished laying the flooring in our hall, kitchen and dining room. You would never pick that the floors have been laid at different times as all the rooms blend seamlessly including the borders. Looks stunning and very happy with the company.

Don't bother. They will promise you the world and don't deliver. Paid the full amount and then when you tell them your not happy can they come over and have a look they come up with all the excuses. Bad and dodgy company would NEVER recommend them.

They bent over backwards to fit in my floor laying in the week that I had available even though the layer that was assigned to me could not work due to a sports injury and they were short staffed.Their staff were polite, knowledgeable and hardworking as well as very interesting people to talk to. Kerri at the showroom is extremely helpful and honest with options.My hardwood floor looks amazing. This is the third time I have used this company for different jobs and have never had any issues.
