I can’t speak highly enough of Cathy Cairns from Coffee Fix in Nowra.If every person in the business world was as professional and willing to go above and beyond their job role to help a customer as Cathy does, the world would be in much better hands!With a new coffee/food van business I have had to navigate my way through some unknown territory, without Cathy’s professional advice, assistance and quality of product, the journey would have been very different. I cannot thank her enough and recommend her highly enough!Doing business is not just about the quality of the product it is equally, and if not more importantly the people you deal with.Thank you Cathy!

I wish I've read the reviews first before getting the coffee. The customer service was not great as what others said in the reviews, which I wouldn't mind if the coffee was great. I've ordered long black and it was terrible, very watery and not much taste. There are other great coffee shops in Nowra to get coffee, don't get from this place, you'd be disappointed with the coffee quality.

Dont bother. Staff are rude and serve their mates first, even if you are ahead of them in the line. Staff need to learn how to smile as well. Don't know if the coffee is any good because I didn't bother giving them my money after the rude service.

I don't know if they have new owners or what because this place was pretty good 2 years ago. The blonde woman at the counter was the absolute rudest person I have ever come across in customer service. I did nothing except stand there and give her the things I wanted to buy so she could ring them up but for some reason this earned me a dirty look for interrupting her and the hostility was unbelievable considering I was just buying coffee accessories. Will not be going back and telling everyone I know not to bother. Give your money to people who want it.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING! Since my parents opened their business 3 months ago they have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars with coffee fix, they had been renting a coffee machine through coffee fix but decided to purchase their own machine. The OWNER came into the shop to pick up the machine and made a massive scene, while we had customers here, it doesn’t stop there, he even tried to pick a fight with one of the staff members and only left the building when we were going to call the police. I’m actually shocked at how unprofessional one human could be. Would literally never ever purchase anything from them again.

Went past this shop today wanting some coffee for our long drive home and I was actually astounded at how disgusting the customer service was. We walked up and took a second to read the signs on display regarding the shops rules around social distancing and using the sanitizer, she barked at us asking if we wanted coffee and it just went downhill from there. There was a small mix up when we thought she’d asked a question to us as we hadn’t noticed the other person walk into the store and the dirty look she gave my partner made me want to walk away without the coffee order (I wish we had because the flat white I ordered was terrible). If you don’t want to deal with customers, don’t choose a job that involves customer service unless you’re terrible service is worth whatever product you’re providing. Will never be going back there.

I went from supplying my whole mobile coffee van business with Coffee Fix to nothing due to their consistent incompetence. Here are a few of the many reasons I would recommend not to wok with them: They messed up nearly every product order I made with them (incorrect or non-correlating cups and lids, incorrect coffee, etc.); they close for nearly two weeks over xmas (any hospitality establishments busiest period); their coffee machine technicians aren't available on weekends (biggest trade days for cafes); they repeatedly just forgot to pass on my messages or requests and I had to chase them up to receive service; and their coffee beans are over priced.Some of the staff are nice but Paul was rude and condescending to me on several occasions. The last straw for me was when they told me my machine was broken beyond repair (despite being serviced by them only a few months before) and they told me they would take it off my hands as a favour since the tip would charge me to dump it"- something I later learned was totally false since any wrecker would pay you for stainless steel. This dishonesty made me question whether my machine had in fact been 'beyond repair' at all or if they were taking advantage of their position and my lack of knowledge. I would never recommend Coffee Fix to any hospitality customer
