We were blown away by the amazing service from a lovely lady named Savanna. Not only was her knowledge outstanding but she was genuinely interested in our needs and walked us through all of our options with ease and enthusiasm. Savanna spent over an hour with us putting together all of our ideas and executing a seamless collection of designs for all our wet areas and main flooring. My husband and I walked away from there really impressed with the whole experience- thank you Savanna, it’s hard to find such great service these days. National Tiles is very lucky to have you.

The worst service. Every question I had couldn't be answered, had to ask someone else then repeat to me - then repeated answer felt incomplete. Couldn't even get an answer on prices with two people standing at a computer looking. Im not a person to complain or get angry but the service was so so bad! Made to feel like I was the problem! so unhelpful. Will never go back.

I went to National Tiles in Burleigh this afternoon wanting to buy large outdoor tiles (600 x 600). I was initially told that they would have to be ordered in, but then after telling Holly that I only needed two to sit our BBQ on, Holly found two sample tiles which she gave to me for free. Thanks Holly! You are a legend!

Absolute nightmare. You order from your local shop and then the rest is taken care of by head office and it’s nothing but miscommunication and mistakes. Never again.

We came in Sunday to match a tile for our kitchen. Greeted by Karen - She was great! Naturally very helpful she was able to match our tile under 5minutes! Super friendly and genuinely helpful. Great customer service. She made our experience easy and positive. She was able to show us a few tiles and match our tile to almost the exact same. Such an easy and stress free process. We have placed our order to pick up in store. We tried a few other places with no luck matching.

I have to get on a write a 5 star review specifically for Darren in the trade department. Darren went above and beyond to help me with an urgent tile delivery. He stayed late, made sure I had the exact amount of tiles from the right batches to consider wastage and helped me personally load the vehicle - plus he did everything with a genuine smile. What a legend! I will be shopping with National again just to experience support like this which goes a long way when you are deep in a renovation!

Fine customer service in shop. Tried calling 3 times but no one picked up. Needed some additional tiles and they were the only store that showed stock. So drove there from Brisbane but there was sadly no stock

No help at all. Visited the shop on Sunday to buy some clip it clips and was told to come back Monday. Asked about the trade price and was told to bring my abn number and also took my trade licence and company trade licence and was told if I was not in there system I would have to sign up and it take a couple of days to process. Have 2 houses to renovate so will be definitely looking elsewhere for tiles. No help at all.
