Quite a large, clean supermarket. They have a small cafe and are well set out. Parking is not too bad but getting busier as they keep building new houses close by.

12:50 pm on 20/06/23 waited at Deli counter fish section for service. Only one really slow attendant on duty. When my turn came, I was ignored and others who came later were served. Why no control system?? Lousy service so I left.

When it comes to coffee. Rules are simple, when you see a place with a line up, they are doing something right. The cafe attached to this Woolworth is worth stopping at. The young lad who served me today gave exceptional customer service and he knows how to make a coffee. Its not very often I get a coffee these days and have the pleasure of tasting coffee when I finish the last mouthful.

Modern design with good parking facilities. Will probably have to drop some prices on products with the new drakes grocery store opening up next door soon. Hopefully it will offer more diversity on the shelves also.

Bit disappointed last week as I was 7 minutes after 8 doing my elderly Mothers shopping and needed deli ham. Team member said I was too late even though he only had to pull back the plastic off in display fridge and grab 200grams. Deli Manager ended up doing it after I explained I travel to Northgate from Andrews Farm to do her shopping. He did say that normally they don't do it. Obviously up to each store and their Managements interpretation of customer service. I also work in retail and pride myself on excellent customer service.

So far with my first visit, it was great. Its a fairly large branch of Woolies with a lot of varieties on display. They even have Filipino products on a couple of shelves (the reason I went there).
