I write to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for the quality of your workmanship and excellent after sales service.Last year I purchased a Southern Cross Recliner and two Aspen chairs which were delivered two days before Christmas beating all my expectations.The chairs are extremely beautiful and very comfortable - particularly the Recliner.Because I am 86 years old and like to work in my garden, I needed a small piece of material to further protect the seat of the Recliner after gardening and returning inside to relax.On Friday 13th, I contacted your office to purchase a piece of Paringa Oatmeal material but received outstanding after sales service. Two off cut pieces of the material were given to my daughter - (Karen) - who also purchased leather chairs from Sulfaro, and she stitched them together - perfect! Regret my decision to buy Sulfaro Furniture. My wife says its too good to sit in and just loves staring at it. In the mean time she sits in my original chair and I am banned to the bedroom.The chair and sofa are beautifully made and everything that we hoped for. Sulfaro is a shining example of Australian small business as well as craftsmanship in the modern world. If you are buying furniture, it should be hierloom quality. It should last half a lifetime or longer. It should be of value to your kids. Sulfaro provides that. If their work doesn't last for 30 years I would be surpried. Not only is the craftsmanship great, but their upholstry and textiles are all commercial grade - the sort of stuff designed to last years in hotel lobbies.I grew up with sulfaro in my parents home for over 20 years and upon moving out, I needed to get my own. We bought a sofa bed. There is a queen sized spring mattress inside there. You can't tell, can you! There was a tiny gash in the bottom corner upholstry of one of the armrests. Probably from scraping against the door on the way in. Almost too small to notice - it took us a month to realise it. We told Sulfaro and within the week they'd personally come over, removed the arm, taken it back to their shop, reupholstered it, returned it and reinstalled it. FOR FREE. *IN THE MIDDLE OF COVID LOCKDOWN!* This is a $1000 patch job that they just handled as part of their customer satisfaction! unparalleled customer support! I have zero doubts that they will handle any concerns or issues or desires you have!Everything is custom made, to order, to design. There is a catalogue and a showroom but really they are working with you to design the perfect piece for your space and your needs. Change styles, dimensions, textiles, recliners, even sofa beds. Matching ottoman. Matching side table. Matching mirror. Reupholster existing furniture to match. All possible. It is of the highest Australian-made quality and it lasts! Get additional life out of your existing furniture as they're happy to restore or maintain as well. There are very few genuinely Australian-made craftsmanships any more. You consider all that, and the price tag is barely above equivalent big-box furniture. Save up, shop local, shop at Sulfaro's. You will not regret it!!
