Healthy Fit Physio

The team here are lovely and Sharon was so helpful! I had tried 2 other Physiotherapists and a Chiropractor before I visited her and she was the only 1 who really helped. She really listened and helped me fully understand what was going on.My problem was to do with post pregnancy back problems well after my baby turned 1. She's very knowledgeable with this sort of thing so I especially recommend her if you're trying to find someone with this kind of experience. She's also just a lovely person and really cares about helping you heal!I used to take my toddler with me and the ladies were great with her!If we hadn't moved to Canada last year Sharon would definitely still be my go to Physio.

I have been to alot of physio's in the past and this is by far the best! The team are all so lovely and welcoming. I see Sharon and she is the only physio ive had results with and has been able to help get rid of long term pain. She is very knowledgeable and eager to get you on the road to recovery. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else now. Highly recommend!

Sharon is a great physio who has looked after my daughters on a few occasions now after numerous touch footy injuries. Highly recommend.
